See Steams and CUDA support

Please add AMD Streams and Nvidia CUDA support so that conversions will be quicker. Comparing this with tipad which was offered here recently and which has GPU support the speed difference is just incredible.

Allow user file size end conversion, ie:

Allow for example: A DVD format of 5000+MB to a set conversion of 700MB and/or variations for quality or compression.
